I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody my husband is there right now and he not getting the care that he should be getting he was in the ICU for a month with covid pneumonia on a ventilator for 14 days and he has having issues with breathing and gaining his strength back but now they moved him upstairs when he calls me and tells me he needs someone to come and clean him up some of the nurses at night are very unprofessional they will talk to family members really rude and ask you what do you need very very rude and hang up on you I know they other patients too maybe short of staff but you shouldn't take your frustration out on the patient and family members all I want is for my husband to get the better my husband walked in to the hospital and came home a total dependent that hospital really really messed him up they messed up his arm where he can't move it I don't recommend this dumb place to nobody worse

This hospital is terrible. Took my husband to er on 11/14/21, maybe 2 professional s there. They laugh, play talk out loud etc., And the charge nurse is right there, also the doctor. The doctor is very unprofessional in her uniform and communication and all. We got there around 1:00 that evening on 11/14/21. No one took his meds that we took, not even his blood pressure until around 7:30 that night. The doctor didn't give me a chance to explain his problem. Until I told her to take a ct of his brain. They did and saw that he had a hemorrhage in his brain.. than the charge nurse started taking his blood pressure which was 225/170. My husband could have died from the staff and all not being professional..not excepted. Finally had to transfer him to Baylor on Gaston at10:40 that night.
