you can work with them, and they will hold your check, and they don't do anything about seeing if the check was wrong on their side. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL I wouldn't recommend it if you have bills to pay.

Ironically this office has a lovely person in charge of the care attendants who is most prompt about getting attendants, but the flip side is the office staff was hostile if I objected to mentally ill attendant with history of violence who was off her medication and stunk like a Tom Cat requiring hours to remove odor from cabinets brooms mop my hands. an attendant who did not show up until after 2 pm repeatedly because of alcohol abuse. Victor was hostile towards me when attendant (a convicted felon) broke off the hot water valve in my shower and I asked for repair. He never paid for even the $11 in parts despite I drove for parts and was left with no hot water for days. Basically office staff does not want clients to object to anything and is intimidating.
