I am not from Dallas nor is my grandmother , she was sent there from another city. Roberts Hospital Building, I have been calling for 5 days to get any information on her and NOONE has returned my calls or they say they have no information right now or that the nurses are ALWAYS busy or on shift change, phone hangs up when being transferred to nurses station.
This is Ridiculous. Once I said I need the names of the nurses and staff to make a report all of a sudden I am able to speak to my grandmother.
This is not ok but glad I was able to hear her voice.

Waited 12hrs in the ED and the staff was so unprofessional and had no empathy towards the patients. My oxygen was at 87 and had breathing issues. Do not come here

This hospital and their staff are top-notch! I am a CVICU RN in Florida and I had to bring my daughter there for TOS surgery with Dr.Pearl (whom is one of the most intelligent and kindest drs Ive met). All the staff from surgery registration to her discharge were attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. The nurses always would come check on her and make sure she wasnt in pain. When we would take walks up and down the halls, they were clean and it was a very restful environment for her. There was a PCT named hope that I want to give a shout out too! When my daughter first got to her room from PACU, Hope made sure she had a nice glass of cold water waiting for her. Hope worked all 3 days we were there and she was so sweet to my daughter, she treated her like she was her own and even wheeled her down to the car when she got discharged, my daughter gave her the biggest hug when we left. Ty Baylor for the extraordinary care my daughter received. Happy to report that my daughter received a scholarship to play college softball which she didnt think would happen before the surgery Dr.Pearl performed!

The patient care here is amazing! I'm especially grateful for Nurse Anthony. He was really kind and caring. My dad was really nervous on the day of his procedure, but the staff at BSW was so comforting. I'm really thankful for them, especially Nurse Anthony!
