Called for a quote in October, wasn’t provided. Called again in November and was given a run around. Called again today and the lady hung up on me. I’m pretty understanding but this is poor business practice. Disappointing.

James is always available and during times of his absence he has assigned a specific person (Michael Herzog) who I can always count on for my immediate needs. I always get prompt attention and satisfaction with my inquiries. I met James Zander personally face to face in 1990 as a City Council member in my city. I spoke to him about city business and discovered he also a very successful insurance agency. I shared my current insurance needs of my commercial flooring company with James and found his products and services had greater coverage for my corp, considerable less expensive than my current rates.
