I have booked two appointments with them for haircut and hair color, as I wasn't sure about getting my hair colored, immediately I called them back to ask if I could cancel my hair color appointment and I only want one service that is haircut. I tried calling them but, only on the appointment day they called me back and told me that I will be charged 100$ if I cannot get the hair color service. They are forcing me for a service that i do not want to get done. This is unacceptable.

These guys are very unprofessional. I have booked two appointments with them but later i required only one service and wanted to cancel the second appointment. Only after calling multiple times, they tell me that appointment cannot be cancelled and i will be charged 50$ if i cannot make it. They are forcing me for a service that i do not want to get done. This is unacceptable.

Isabella is an amazing colorist. I wanted my hair to be less yellow and more ash blonde. She asked me lots of questions, listened carefully and gave me gorgeous highlights!
