    If I could give it a zero I would! My experience wasn’t a good one at all and it was very in business like from beginning to end! I’m sure that the raw hair I paid for was bad hair! The owner tried to convince me after one day of wearing the hair that it was just dry and to bring it back so she could fix it. I never asked for money back, I had a calm demeanor and everything not only did the owner Ms.Purnell question why I didn’t have the hair neat, I informed her that I was a stylist and had to get that out of my hair immediately! MY CLIENTS WILL LAUGH AT ME! She then began to insult me be questioning the legitimacy of my hair license but began to question me about having a social media Instagram account to validate me being a real hairstylist. She told me to come pick the hair up the Monday after Mother’s Day anytime because she would be there all day as if I didn’t want to wear my $527 hair that I had purchased less than a week ago that weekend! Nevertheless I left the hair with her only to receive calls from her daughter about the business I had tended to with her earlier, which was completely uncomfortable, unprofessional and just tacky to say the least! When I returned on Monday she informed me that she wasn’t available and to come back Tuesday. I come back Tuesday to get my hair to see she only washed it with a $6 silicone whatever, and of course the daughter she had call me who doesn’t work for the company is there too! How convenient! I take the hair after she gives this long spew about the hair only to go to my salon and color the hair for it to be DRY, BRITTLE AND TANGLED! You would be better off getting beauty supply hair! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS HAIR TO MY WORST ENEMY. The saddest part is when you try to give people the benefit of the doubt and they try and make you out to be wrong when they know they’re wrong and they’re product was terrible!

    I asked myself if it was even worth reviewing this company as any negative review written here, the owner clearly comes back making it all the customers fault. I have gotten hair here before years ago and it was good quality. But I’m sure this owner has changed vendors trying to save money and the hair is trash. Even the “top of the line” hair doesn’t lighten well even being professionally done. It’s sad that she doesn’t take responsibility or constructive criticism well. But buyer beware. Save your time, money, and go elsewhere. It’s not worth it!! And watch her come for me like she came for everyone else who left an honest review. 🤦🏽‍♀️

    I purchased the kinky Curly hair in October for a Birthday look I was trying to achieve... well that went quickly out the door. Laura the owner of this hair boutique recommended Celondra Lewis as a skilled and licensed hair stylist to make a u-part wig with the kinky curly hair I purchased. On the website regarding kinky Curly hair it clearly states the hair can be colored and bleached and I read this information before going into the store. I set everything up with Celondra and had my appointment set... the day of the appointment I get a text from Celondra saying the hair isn't taking the color... I'm like why not? It clearly says on the website the hair can be colored!!! I contacted Laura and so did Celondra regarding the hair she said well I told her the hair couldn't be colored! No that's not the information I was given because we never talked about coloring the hair or what I wanted to do with the hair! Laura has switched vendors because of COVID-19 this new hair is not good quality hair and can not be colored at all. Laura and Celondra are refusing to give my money back and haven't rendered any services at all. I've filled charges against Laura Purnell and Celondra Lewis for fraud and theft of services. Customer beware of this company... it's not the same vendor and she has failed to provide that information.

Quite frankly it’s clear that instead of taking responsibility as a business owner, you pass off a bad review as questionable. Her name is Gabriella (Gaby) and the purchase was made on Sept. 24 around 4:00pm. She came in with her son who had to use the restroom, so she took him. Do you remember now?? And my presence is irrelevant if the product wasn’t good. Another reputable stylist referred me to your business. I’ve never bought from you because I supply hair for my clients if they don’t bring their own. And since the length she needed I didn’t have in stock. We needed something local. DHair Boutique and Yummy didn’t have it in stock, so I sent her to your store because I was booked and didn’t have the time to commute. Writing out 20” and putting 22” but they both were the same length. If you prefer I call your store or stop by I will be more than happy to do that. As I have no reason to lie about a review or sabotage anyone’s business. What would I have to gain from that? Lesson learned! I wasn’t going to leave a review at all, until the bad experience with coloring this week. Original Review: I am so disappointed with the quality of the hair. I referred my client here since I didn’t have her lengths in stock. We wanted to show support for a local business and we both are licensed stylists. First off, the price online is not what she paid in store. And supposedly she was getting a discount for Raw hair. She didn’t stress about the price because she wanted the hair for her birthday. Despite the owner being rude and rushing her because she was undecided on what to purchase. It was pretty at install, but the lengths seem to be shorter than what she paid for. One bundle in particular had the inches changed on the label. My client had gone to the restroom during her purchase. So this wasn’t noticed until she got to the salon. I’m not here to bash anyone or their business, but this is unacceptable. Not to mention, after wearing it for a few weeks my client decided she wanted to add color. Big mistake!! Luckily a strand test was done only on the end. 30volume developer with olaplex and no over-processing and the hair just broke off. As I mentioned we both are stylists and know what we are doing. The hair is mixed cause all the pieces didn’t lighten. Luckily my client is a friend. Because if she wasn’t, this would’ve reflected poorly on me for referring her. Buyer beware!
