Today was my 1st time at this location and I was very impressed with the customer service , especially with Dutchess . She went above and beyond to help me find the hair I was looking for. Will definitely be back .

If I see these people honestly I don't know how I'd act, I can't go to my event with my hair like this, I got it two days ago, did my hair yesterday and today it has to come off. HOW CAN YOU DO THIS TO PEOPLE? I purchased some yummy hair a few months ago for my niece's birthday I saw her with the hair in and 1 week later she took it out I figured well maybe she just wanted to change, now I ordered the wavy, this hair is hard, frizzy dull just trash, so I ask my niece how was the bundles I gave her, she responded it wasn't good but she didn't want to hurt my feelings, now that I have experienced this for myself id like money back or I'm taking yall to court this is dishonest, how can you do this?
