Update March 25, 2024.
Happened again. The meat counter was unattended. The store manager was nowhere to be found. Customers frustrated and leaving for other stores.
H.E.B. ... PLEASE come to te rescue! We need you in East Dallas!!!

This Albertsons has been in steady decline. Today the meat counter closed two hours early with just a shrug from the employees (yes...there were employees working in the meat department at the time).
There are some good people working here. Unfortunately there seems to be a supervisory/management level rot that clouds the good work done by some. There is one African American supervisor type who often works the customer service desk. She has one of the poorest attitudes I have ever seen. She has been here for some time. How does she keep her job?
I live nearby and have been a customer for over a decade. Of late I'm questioning wether to make the further drive to Kroger.
The best solution would be to just bring in H.E.B.

I just had the WORST experience in your store that I have ever had. I usually don't have a great experience but today was really bad. The guy on #5 said he was closed and the other 2 lines were full and the self check was also a long lime. He did not seem to be doing anything till I guess he finally decided to open his line. I don't know if it is hard to get help but the store really needs to staff better. I also NEVER find every thing I need. This was the last time I will shop at this store.
