The company called asking if I could rearrange my schedule because of their previous cancelations, which I did, but only to sit around for an hour and a half before having to cancel. I canceled the service after the tech was completely unprofessional and unapologetic about being an hour and a half late, after confirming the time with me 3 times previously. His response was, "well what do you want me to do about it" and then hung up. In the end, I realized this was a blessing in disguise after reading reviews of their poor service and poor quality of work. I would assume all the positive reviews were left by friends and family.

I called to get a side panel replaced and my windshield replaced on my car. The tech was out within the specified time, was professional, and was able to replace both pieces of glass within an hour or so. The finish product looks great, the price was cheaper than other quotes I got, and everyone I talked to was professional.
