I had a great experience with Capitol, the people were very friendly and eager to get the job done. I had them do small water repairs on my house about a month ago and was very impressed. They did not cut any corners and insured quality work (which they did live up to.) I would highly recommend this contracting business.

We work in a building that these guys just finished a long term project in the past few weeks. I have never seen a lazier group of contractors on a project. They would leave before 3pm every day. The project took over 8 months to paint a 5 story building and resurface a one story parking garage. If they worked a little bit harder, they could have completed this in a fraction of the time. They left the building with debris all over the place and didn't even finish painting the railings of the building. They would leave their supplies laying all over the property blocking entrances for weeks. i would never recommend having these crew members work on your building unless you are going for a cheap option and you don't care about the tenants. They left the project unfinished and now the building has to finish the disaster of poor quality work.
