hopefully people read reviews before doing business with this place. i wish i did. they are picture perfect for bad lending. my son needed a cosigner. he was dinied a loan for bad score. the purpose for a cosigner is so that the person who cant get a loan is so thay can ride on your coattails for your credit score so that they can get the loan. when a cosigner is involved they are suppose to run cosigner score. :PERIOD" and the interested is determined on cosigner score. i had a 720 at that time and what this company did was insane. when they made the terms what they did was took my score and my son"s score as well. they did not approve my son cause he had a bad score so why would someone include his score. that is not how it works, and my son sign the contract and in going back i do not remember getting a contract with the terms. if i did and saw the interest they wanted i would have never agree to those kind of terms knowing what it would do to my son. i called santander and told them that i want a copy of the contract and 2wk later i still have not recieved it. they are charging 17.88% when i could of gone to my bank and got a interest at 2.99% but i live in cali and my son was in tucson. i call and ask for the contract again. she told me that they do not draw up the contract and the terms that the dealership does that. they just finance the loan. so she putting the blame on the dealership. im almost sure that im not going to get that contract because there is no contract with my signature and that is why i havent recieved it yet. they are crooked in their business deals and in their truthful lending practices. and it is illegal. i wish i new about this 2 yrs ago when my son bought the car. i just recently found out when i was looking at his statement. they have not heard the last of me.

Now, I just paid my car loan off with Santander last Friday which was $25,000, and today I tried to purchase another car. A 2003 Mustang with 54,000 miles for only $9000.
Santander denied me. Hurry up and send me my title.
