Aquent has done a fabulous job representing me in my job search! Unlike other creative staffing agencies, I felt like Aquent represented me, the talent, and not just the client.
My Aquent agent, Margie, listened to me. She created a profile that included my resume, salary expectations, education, previous experience and future aspirations.
Plus, she asked for my “wish list” of where I would like to work and how far I was willing to commute. And when she did place me at my number one choice, she periodically checked in to confirm everything was going well.
Having worked a long-term contract with Aquent, I can also attest to the agents going above and beyond for their talent. Margie worked as a liaison between the client and me when I had a family emergency so I did not have to worry about my job while I was out of town.
Also, Aquent agents handled a lot of the “behind-the-scene” details. For instance, Margie ensured my timecard was signed on time and would find someone to approve it in the event a manager was out of the office. She also contacted my manager immediately if I was out sick.
