After searching for new windows for my house, this company was the best price and competitive windows on the market. I would recommend them to anyone. Dont be confused by Statewide remodeling, thats a different company and really pricey.

After browsing for the cost of a window replacement (a drunk driver went through our lovely 1963 108"x72" window), I received an unsolicited call from this place. I did not answer because the name in the caller ID was misspelled (common with scammers). The Caller ID said "Staewide Energy Solutions" I know it is a small thing, but attention to detail like that would seem to be important for a window installation company.

Well first of all, this is the day after I decided to go with these folks. I have had some window companies come and give me bids...WOW. I didn't want to take out a second mortgage just to afford windows. One company asked that I give them an hour to measure and do the presentation. The appointment was for 7. 1) They were about 30 minutes late 2) They stayed and pushed and pushed until almost 10:00 until I basically had to be a little unhospitable and TOLD him to leave. Next came Statewide.. What a relief. The appointment was at 6:00 p.m. At 5:35 the gentleman called me to ask if it was okay to come a little early. Very nice Christian man named Charles Schultz (not the Peanuts guy) was very nice and courteous, not pushy at all. Explained everything and was able to answer all my questions. There's some folks in this world that you get a gut feeling about, and Charles is one of these guys. Basically had my mind made up before I got the quote, but once he gave me the quote, I was sold. I will update this review once windows are installed. What a relief to find a company without being pressured with a "this price is only good if you sign the contract today" hook. Mark, if you're reading this, Charles is both a Blessing and a valuable asset to your company!!! Service: General window replacement

So far so good. I got my windows about 6-7 years ago. The first pitch that the salesman reinterated is that they stand by there work. The styles were great. Statewide came in and handled the job well. They were on time, and really didn't disturb my day to day laziness. They're were a couple minor cosmetic flaws but weren't enough to complain about considering the effort and inconvenience for me it would take if they were to be replaced. Overall I was ok and would recommend them. Now that was 6-7 years ago. Now I have a crack in one window small window, and one big window won't lock anymore and I don't want to force it and break it. So I called Mark at statewide, it took him a while to find my file. Once found he called me back, and we discussed the issues, and told me he'll order and have the small window ordered and reinstalled, and will addressed the big window and order a new or fix the the larger window. He was straight forward, and explained what he can and will do. Now I'm just waiting to see. Due to supply lines it will take longer than usual, so we'll see what happens. So as of now, in my situation so far, I'd recommended Statewide.
UPDATE: Statewide is the truth, and true to their word. This is a few months since my original post which I was kinda satisfied. I called them, talked to Mark, told him the problem I was having and he said he'll evaluate the info and take care of it. And that's exactly what he did. His guy came, replaced one window and fixed the other and went about his way. And Mark even followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. Finally a business that does what they say they will and be there when you need them. I highly recommend Statewide and will recommend to my friends and family.
