Won’t call back and don’t follow thru with what they say they will do. Purchased two automated doors 2 years ago and couldn’t ever get them to call me back about the extended warranty, then tried to buy two more doors from them and they prices me double what my last doors were and wouldn’t return my calls or emails. Even when I said I would buy somewhere else, the ladies only comment was that this wasn’t normal for them and the prices had been increased. When I replied, I reserved no response back. Oh well.

From the 1st call to the actual service, this is truly a 5 star company. Margo Beard send me an application (business) to fill out on a Friday, I didnt send it in until the following Wednesday, Ms Beard call me back that same day and schedule a technician the following morning. Thursday morning, I got a call from the technician that he was outside the building. Within minutes he had the door operating. I highly recommend DCS
