The doctor himself is very caring and provides good customer service, the rest of the staff ESPECIALLY his receptionist/ appointment scheduler on the other hand deserve 0 stars. I've never been anywhere where they refuse to give you the address to the clinic because you've been there before. Customer service is key to keeping patients and unfortunately this clinic does not understand that, we will be going elsewhere for these services.

Excellent Urologist he may take a long time but he has helped me when I was going through kidney failure he prevented me from being on dialysis I thank God for him.

He actually deserves a 0! My family member was goung to him for a few years for pain around her kidney and urine problems.. This "dr" ran multiple bladder test for cancer that came back negative every time.. He did nothing to help her.. Well, she changed dr's to find out she has STAGE 3 KINDNEY DISEASE!! This could have been caught earlier if this dr would have taken the time to do his job verses drain medicade...
