        I ordered a cookie cake online. It gave a time for pickup. I showed up and its not busy yet my order has not even been started. I had to ask one employee to wash their hands. Its almost like they were playing around. I sit there 15 minutes and they proceeded to give my order with items missing. Took the cake home and all the children hated it. They said the icing tasted like chalk and the cookie was undercooked.
