Uptown Dental Care

I liked this office, specially the fact that they were open during the weekend, but now, we are unable to contact the dentist's office since January 2016.

Went in here for a filling around 2 years ago. Front desk staff, dentist and dental assistant all great. When i left everything was covered and handled. Get a bill about 2 months later stating that i owe around 300 that insurance didn't cover. When i called i was also was refereed to "Ralph Parsons" or "the Husband" and after being disrespected over the phone with this inhuman i finally hung up. He eventually turned the account over to collections. Up until that Point this place was great. But the second that guy thought himself higher than anyone else it ruined it. they could promise me free dental care for life and as long as this guy was still there i would would rather go overpay somewhere else.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Otiz. Her experience was reflected in the treatment she performed and her staff was very friendly and courteous. They went beyond the extra mile to take care of a nervous patient. I would recommend to anyone this dental practice especially because they don't push you for extra services as in other practices I have dealt with.

My first introduction with Dr. Victoria Ortiz-Parsons was at Emler Swim School where I taught their son Ethan in a Waterbabies class. Dr. Ortiz-Parsons was friendly and I soon found out she was a dentist. I inquired as to if she accepts new patients and then proceeded to contact her company to schedule an appointment. Overall, I have had great success with them as a company. They are flexible, honest, friendly, and good people. I would recommend this dental service to anyone in the Dallas Metroplex. They repaired some old fillings and cleaned up my smile giving me a boost in confidence and pride in my mouth! Thank you Dr. Ortiz-Parsons!

I would not recommend anyone go to this dental practice. To start, their representative at the front desk looked up the wrong insurance plan and told me the wrong coverage amounts. They only verbally told me these amounts and did not document anything in writing. They then also inaccurately billed me. When I called to figure all of this out, their Operations Manager, Ralph Parsons, told me he needed to hear his representative's side of the story as he didn't trust my story. After much conversation on the phone, Ralph raised his voice and said to me, "Quite honestly, you are the perfect customer to lose!" He was extremely disrespectful. Apparently, the customer ISN'T always right at this dental practice. I don't want anyone else to have to go through this treatment. Pick a different dentist.
