Ordered and used a snore guard for several years with good results. However, when I ordered a replacement recently due to wear & tear, the new appliance caused severe jaw pain after a few weeks of use. I contacted NeonBrite to ask if something could be adjusted and was told “that’s what dentists are forâ€. Not sure who replied to me, but I found it pretty unprofessional and lacking any sense of basic customer service. After looking up my symptoms, I see that the appliance is now causing TMJ. I suspect that the new appliance is extending my lower jaw farther than the original appliance I purchased, even when using the #19 bands which I have always used without pain. At this point I cannot use the $350 device and am looking for a different solution from a more professional and courteous business.

I live in the UK and ordered a retainer from Neonbrite since they advertised as "international". I paid for international shipping, only to be told I would have to pay more fees after waiting weeks to receive the impressions to get them across the border. What? I was then told I would also have to pay for shipping back when they advertised before "a pre paid enevelope would be sent" it was added expenses and hidden fees all over the place. I never received the impression mould and after asking for a refund and them trying to avoid the situation by not answering my questions straight, I got one.. but they cut me short $63!

July 2015- Thank you to Rob Owen at NeonBrite. Just received my Hawley Retainers today! I'm so very excited that they fit perfectly and all it well. The ordering process went very smooth , making the mold impressions was a breeze. My Invisible Aligners were getting old and seemed not as tight a fit as they once were. I can't afford an expensive set of new retainers from my orthodontist, so I researched and found NeonBrite. I know these Hawley's will last for many many years to come !!! Thanks so very much, Pamela in Mesa, AZ
