Aside from the very long, long waiting period to be seen prior to arriving an hour/hour in a half, I would say the staff is very helpful and professional. If they can figure out a way to get past the long wait, I would give them an A+. They're not a bad dentistry. Just sucks they set you up with an appointment, then when you arrive, you then get stuck having to wait way too long just to be seen by one of the dentist.

Experience nice, could do better job at letting patient knw what they r getting done & will their insurance cover it. Would be alot better for patients to knw ahead of time if they will have to pay, instead of being told upon check-in.
