Update: Second Appointment and Im still giving a 5 star because they were sooooo gentle with me. I hate the dentist but when I tell you they held my hand. I felt nothing and had a lot done. Thank you guys. You have no idea how much this means to me. Very good customer service. Made me feel welcomed and lowered my anxiety of dentists. Assistant that took my x-rays was such a sweetheart and very patient and pleasant. I didnt get her name, but she was such pure energy.

The ladies in the office are INCREDIBLE. They helped me through financing and scheduling. I had a lot of anxiety about being able to pay and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and get me the best payment options.

I had a less than satisfactory visit to Prudent Dental, primarily due to the demeanor of the dentist and the unexpectedly high costs. The dentist came across as quite arrogant, showing little patience for my questions and concerns, which made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued as a patient. Additionally, I was taken aback by the prices quoted for the services; they were significantly higher than other dental practices, without a clear justification for the extra cost. This lack of transparency and the unwelcoming attitude has led me to decide not to return to Prudent Dental. Its unfortunate, as I had hoped to find a reliable dental care provider.
