      image This office is very people-friendly with profession staff. The dentist, Dr. Michael Cousins is excellent in giving top quality service. If you have an extraction that needs attention, this is the place to go. This dentist makes sure your mouth is good & deaden with pain medicine before doing the work.
      I'm very pleased with the services I've received in the past 6 months.
      Just one special note..... if your dental insurance provided you with a list of Co-Payments n Code book; besure to check it against their billing codes for service.
      If you find a discrepancy, then notify their billing clerk. She will quickly correct the error. I've experienced this myself. And the billing clerk apologized & courteously made the correction.
      I strongly recommend this Monarch Dental Office to meet you, your family & friends dental needs.
