Apparently the guy who does their data recovery had a Trumatic brain injury and he can no longer help me and I have no associates or partners if they could refer me to this is a very disappointing experience

Terrible organization and management here. The owner of this business had my device in the que for months and never got around to handling the issue with my device. Fortunately I was able to get it back from him unlike another business that just threw my device away, but still its quite ridiculous to just put off someones business altogether.

If you want data recovery these guys can do it. Just be willing to pay top dollar and if you are replacing a drive, bring your own. They used Seagate on my iMac. If you dont know about Seagate then you definitely at least look up an amazon review on these drives and see the misery of the trusting people that used the drives and now are experiencing hard drive failures. I get why these guys use Seagate. Basic economics; profit. I trusted the expertise of these gentleman and I went with whatever they used. A year and month after spending over a thousand and change here at Taylormark, my hard drive fails. This was 2015-2016. Called and personally spoke to Mark who for lack of better words told me I was shit out of warranty luck. I abandoned my machine out of frustration. Bought another one. Fast forward to today, late 2018. I said to hell with it and ordered a Samsung SSD and decided to install it myself using iFixit.com. Ive got my top of the line 2011 iMac working amazingly now, couldnt be happier. Not trying to down these guys. I am frustrated with what happened but at the end of the day they did do the job. As a consumer, do your due diligence and find out if you can do fix it yourself first and if you will use these guys, perform adequate research on the parts they will be installing.
