The reviews on here have to be fake from what I delt with with Richard.
Do not hire this guy, He will charge you a big Fee, Then leave you in the dark, He even uses Yahoo email and a blocked phone number, who does that? The only time I seen this guy or talked to him for was about 10 min at court, then he would run off, Then at the last minute in my case, he sent another lawyer I had never seen before and knew nothing about my case, and this guy wanted me to plead to prison time, after we had already discussed going to trial if needed, So I fired him that same day. My new lawyer has to fix all what Richard messed up in my case with the DA, The DA said, He never hardly talked to her. This guy will cost you money and time and just get you locked up. He takes the money and runs, DO NOT HIRE, I believe he works for the State, its like he is on their side, He acts like your guilty before proven guilty, what a Lawyer.

Despite being caught in a DWI refusal matter, I consider myself fortunate to have had Richard as my attorney. He skillfully negotiated a plea deal for an exhibition of speed. It all began when CHP officers stopped me at an intersection, randomly targeting any car to pull over. I was pulled over for not having front plates without committing any moving violations. While I have immense respect for law enforcement, I believe I was sober and even passed the field sobriety test. However, under the intense stress and fear caused by the officers, I froze and did not perform the breathalyzer and chemical tests. Looking back, I am confident that I would have passed them. The officers' actions were alarming, but thanks to Richard's highly skilled team and unwavering determination, I managed to avoid a DWI on my record.
