Topgolf Corporate Office

So, I purchased a gift card and I got shifted by TOPGOLF! Tried calling for a week to no avail. Bank paperwork to prove. Simply things like keeping your recurring customers engage is not much of an ask. Forget about it whenever one of the local franchises picks up the phone, no one knows anything are willing to assist us little guys that helped build a mothership! This doesn't take away from the beautiful places I've visited. Excellent product, need to get better with phone calls.

I took my wife and family here to celebrate her birthday and everything was good until we ordered food. The food took over an hour to come out. Before the food came out i asked my server what happens if our time runs out while eating our meal. The server told me that we would have to gather up our food and take it to a common area. I continued to tell her that i would not do that considering the fact that it was their mistake because they couldn't get the food out in a timely manner. Next thing i know the manager (Robin) came out and old us that we could not stay when our time was up and that they would remove us if we didn't move and she said the next scheduled party would be sitting on our laps if we didn't move. At this time we didn't even have our food yet. Also, keep in mind that our food bill was $168.00 (Just for food the prices are very high here) I think that this was such a disgrace and such lack of customer service. They should have acknowledged their mistake and treated the situation better. Next, we were surrounded by security and had to leave. Never will i go there again, and the home office should send Robin to customer service classes.

Shocking pre-sales at Las Vegas Nevada top golf. I have tried on repeated occasions to contact this location to set up a reservation. I have filled out a form, emailed and called on multiple occasions. The only response I have received over a three week period has been to the form I filled out, but the info I received on pricing/booking was incorrect. Im hoping if someone views this at top golf, I can get something sorted. I wont hold my breath.

I was appalled, the manager ellie was not sympathetic at all towards my situation and ended the call on her own accord and hung up on me. Thats unproffessional , rude and lacks customer service. However The food is good. But poor managment on there part for how the call was handled i didnt even get to finish my sentence but once again just ellie everybody else was nice. This was at top golf in brooklyn center mn.
