I am on my 4th doctor with MedProvider. Two retired, another left because she didnt care for their business practices, one left to go into concierge medicine, and who knows why this last one left! I didnt even know she was gone. I now have an appointment with yet another new doctor. Its like a revolving door. There is no way to contact their corporate office that I can find. Forget calling the office unless you have at least 30 minutes to wait. Im definitely going to look for a new practice.

Completely disappointed AGAIN. Had to have testing completed and 3 different times, I was asked to confirm I wanted all testing results to be released at the same time, my provider placed a note to my chart indicating my results should all be released at the same time and I signed a document requesting all my results be released to me at the same time thru MyChart. HOWEVER.....I received notification today indicating my results (which was testing performed from an outside laboratory that BSW sent my blood to) were completed....but only a portion of my results were released to MyChart by the nurse at BSW. I sent a message back asking for the remainder of my results to be released, but response time is 1-2 business days. I called the clinic asking for my lab results to be released.....the answer is that the nurse has 1-2 days to respond and release the remainder of my results. I asked to speak to the clinic manager and was told that she is unavailable, but can return my phone call in 1-2 business days. I called patient relations.....a real person doesnt even answer the phone. You are required to leave a message and somebody will return your phone call in....that's right, you guessed it.....1-2 business days. So....what exactly was the point of asking me THREE DIFFERENT TIMES BY THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE of I wanted all my results released at the same time? I also signed a document stating that I wanted all my results to be released at the same time. By time anybody at BSW gets back to me in 1-2 business days, the outside testing company says they will have my complete results for me to be able to see thru their website that I had to register for. So....exactly what is the point of using BSW as the middle man for the testing to begin with as the testing company has counselors to explain all results to start with? What is the point of patient relations if a live person doesnt answer the phone and it takes 1-2 business days for somebody to return my phone call? The only person that seemed to care was the customer service agent.....and per BSW policy, she couldn't contact the clinic and was only allowed to send me to the voicemail for patient relations. What a joke.....
