        Friendly staff is the only reason they even deserve one star. Its Monday night, Ive been here since midday Friday and they havent even looked at my truck yet. Ive been told every day they will but never get to it. Today the lazy tech they have here walked to my truck, seen my dog in a kennel in the back and just moved to the next truck. Left a note on someones desk (who was at lunch) and just disappeared. Couldnt bother to call despite my phone number being on EVERYTHING Ive submitted here. If I was told when I checked in that the dog needed to be out of the truck I would have done so, but Ive never had an issue with the kennel and even brought it up when I checked in and they said they would call before working on it so I can tend to my dog but again that never happened. They dont want to actually fix anything it seems, so if you want service go elsewhere.
