Mizzen + Main has transformed my work wardrobe. Their shirts and pants are extremely comfortable, breathable, stylish, and fit well. I wash and wear and don't have to take dress shirts to the cleaners any more. A customer service issue was resolved promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend MM - you won't buy any other shirts after you try these out. 5-stars!

So far my shirts have been fantastic. I got blood from a cut on one and the stain came out completely.
I am buying more.

I want to share my disappointment in my customer service experience. I saw the special on GMA and placed the order. Thirty mins later I had to unexpectedly cancel. I emailed the company and they said no. I emailed them back that it was ridiculous and I should be able to cancel and they said they had to send me the two shirts I ordered and then I would need to return them. It was honestly 30 mins and not several days so I'm unsure of why this was true. I'm very disappointed in the customer service. It almost seemed like they were trying to send them and see if I would indeed return them...like being a bully. I'm also super disappointed that I will not receive this til Friday which will be two weeks since I ordered it. And then after receiving them I have to go through the hassle of returning them. Very disappointed!! Will never buy form here. Also sent an email to GMA.
