I took you up on your free pulled pork sandwich offer and decided to redeem coupon code I received at my Lancaster CA store. I placed online order and drove across town to get sandwich for dinner at 6:30. Upon entering establishment, there was a sole guy sitting t a table conversing with a woman behind the counter. She was on a tear and didt even notice me entering and standing there. "Everything falls back on us" she was cplanning to the guy when she looked across and saw me. I said I'm just here to pick up my order. The pulled pork sandwich. No, no, no, no. We're not participating in that. There's no free sandwich for you. You didn't pay anything so I'm not honoring that. I was just in shock and I just spun around to leave. There was a young black man who came in behind her and he also had a look of amazement on his face as I walked out and left. I drive off towards my home andthen my phone chirped. Message from dickey's order tracking: check mark--ordered delivered to customer. Now that's pure audacity there. Did she need the sandwich that bad or was it for someone else? It's just unbelievable to belittle a customer for greed???

The wife and I went to Dickeys here in Mabank, TX. after church on Sunday. The parking lot was dirty, the restaurant was dirty and the staff was unfriendly. The staff left the restaurant unoccupied to take a smoke break out back. I needed a to box to go but, could never get any help so I got what I needed from behide the counter and was on my way. It was a terrible experience and we probably want be back unless things change, there's a reason why the parking lot is empty after church on Sundays?????

So I ordered food on the app from the Loveland, CO location. It said my zip code was wrong for my debit card. So I couldn't complete my order. But when I went to check my bank account it had charged me for my order. I have talked to corporate and they said they can't do anything because it's a franchise store. I went in and talked with the owner and he won't do anything about it either because the order didn't come through on the system. I also tried to correct my credit card info in the app and it would not take the info. It just kept loading until it canceled. My bank has to wait at least 5 days before it can see if a refund can be issued. I am extremely dessapointed. I warn anyone trying to use their app.

Ok, not sure whos actually cooking your food or who is QAing your product but you need to fire them and you yourself needs to take a tour of BBQ restaurants in the country! I know this is a franchise but come on! Somewhere along the road someone has dropped the ball on what real BBQ should taste like! I read a review where they mentioned the food being salty. They were spot on with that comment! Everything was way over cooked and dry as can be! If you have the customers, you have to have the quality! Without that there will be no satisfaction! I hope this review is actually read by someone who can make a difference and not an admin, assistant who is told just to say sorry or tell the people what they want to hear(No offense if thats the case)!

If I could give this place a zero star review I would. I ordered online from here for the first time and am very disappointed. I ordered 3 meat plates and when i want to the restaurant to pick them up and opened the box to make sure everything was right, I was shocked to see that there was like no meat at all. I then asked the employee where my meat was, he responded that's all u get very rudely. I then asked could i have my money back considering i paid $43 for basically nothing, and he said he would have to talk to his boss. He went in the back and came back out like 5 min later saying that his boss said no I can not have my money back and i had to take the food and go. This is very unprofessional of the employees and managers. I will never ever eat from there again and I am making sure none of my family or friends or anyone I come across eats there either.
