Had to find a contractor for some warehouse construction and sent out for several bids. I choose these guys not based on price, but based on a referral from a friend who had them remodel their business centre and also because they took the time to explain the process and bill's attention to detail was really cool.They finished ahead of schedule and on budget. We loved working with William Manning Company on our recent home remodel. Not only were we extremely satisfied with the final home remodel (finished Oct 2019) but perhaps more importantly the people we worked with William Manning are excellent communicators. Because of the honest and open communication, we were able to stay on budget while also getting our dream home. We highly recommend them to anyone doing any kind of project. We've used William Manning Contractors to finish a basement, remodel a kitchen, remodel a master bath and several other projects over the past decade. We keep coming back because of the integrity of the company, quality of their work and professionalism of Brett and his staff. I would highly recommend William to anyone!
