First Texas Precast

This has been the worst experience ever. I talked to Mike and ordered some steps that we needed, when he did not answer his phone number the Monday he said he would have them delivered he texted back and said he would call our office Tuesday; he said he couldn't make the steps due to the weather, and would not have them ready until Saturday! These steps were due Monday, all it would have taken was a phone call so that we could notify our people! I would never recommend this company, I don't like writing reviews especially negative reviews being a business owner myself, but this is by far the worst customer service we have ever had. Very disappointing, I am all for small businesses but this is terrible service.

Excellent Customer service, Repaired the steps at the apartment complex quickly. Highly recommend.

Worst company I've wasted my time on. He NEVER returns a call. You have to track down bids, obviously he doesn't want anyone's business. I had a check ready and cut for them upon completion of work, and they didn't show up as scheduled 3 times in a row. And left me in a bad spot for a city inspection. Don't waste your time waiting on this company. If I could give 0 stars i would. I literally got NOTHING from them. I wasted my time and gas picking up a check for them and leaving voice-mails that were never returned.

Great Products! Very Professional and Courteous Staff with Quick turnaround and installation. Turned our rusty old stairs look like new again!
