The Silicon Valet

They started off being very nice, however they have to outsource their replacement parts (I had a broken screen) and it ended up taking weeks. I took my laptop back in the meantime and the screen was more broken then before (also understandable since they had to explore the issue) and then ultimately the screen would not turn on at all, even when I could hear the machine fire up, and when I called to ask them about it Brad was very rude and accusatory. I think we can all agree that tech struggles are frustrating and they were not understanding or patient during the process, which seems extremely unprofessional. I would recommend going somewhere that is more organized and kinder to their patrons.

Brad & Ernie (The Silicon Valet) are major blessings to me. Using a computer and related tools are important to me, but understanding the technical part is difficult for me. Brad & Ernie are wonderful, loving, caring, very smart men. They are always there for me when I need them in a timely manner for technical support. Rates are very fair and based on 15-minute increments which help me. They are also my friends now which is also important to me. Joe W.

This company is just the best! They respond quickly and come out to fix any problem that you are having. So nice, smart, and great in every way. I will always use them for my computer needs.
