**UPDATE 11/21** Our request was for "remote hands" by a tech, which is what we feel like we got; After nearly 4 months we received a bill that included a previously undisclosed "4 hour minimum" for an "Engineer" ($600+) for 37 minutes of remote hands work. This has significantly altered the value proposition and our evaluation of MOEtech I.T. Solutions, LLC. When asked, Mareese Lang has not yet shown that this is a standard charge, a "4 hour minimum @ $150hr" doesn't appear on the website nor was it ever mentioned. Buyers should be aware of this practice. Original Review: We needed some "remote hands" support (at a location remote to us) to help us complete an equipment exchange. We found MOEtech IT Solutions to be responsive, knowledgable, flexible, and best of all HELPFUL. They were able to work us into their schedule and help us meet our objective with no issues. It's great to work with experienced technology professionals who understand that people skills are a great compliment to technical skills! Thank you MOETech for having both!
