Starbucks

I waited for 10 minutes while waiting for my order. I heard two employees calling my name and asking if they were going to prepare the traveller order, twice someone answered, not yet. I had to go and ask to the counter about my order so they can start working on it. When I asked about my order they told me it was almost done, when I could see they didn't even started. It took another 10 minutes to get it done, the manager apologized for the time taken, when I asked why my order was delayed twice, she did not have an answer for it. I mentioned to her I heard my name twice and two different employees asking for the order, and she could answer why my order was delayed. It's the first time I come to this location and I was treated wrong.

So today has been just one of those days. So I decided to grab a coffee and I didnt really know what I was feeling. So I talked to Nyena and Kenzi And they where super up beat and made me an amazing nitro. I travel a lot and Im not normally a starbucks guy ( worked at one for 4 years and there literally every where) Ill definitely be back for the great vibes and good coffee
