My boyfriend and I went to shop for some pants and there was a bald headed employee following us around and not giving me us our distance. We told him we didnt need assistance SEVERAL times. Never shopping at this store again.

I came in close to closing to try on a coat I saw online. I loved the fit and the sales associate did not rush me and was super friendly! He made sure to match all the online discounts I had. It was kind of a complicated order and he worked hard to make sure I got everything I needed delivered to the right places. And I discovered they actually have fitting rooms! No other store I've been to does these days with the pandemic. It was so nice!

Poor customer service by Donald this evening. He and the other young lady working in the mens dept saw me and my husband standing there with a shoe in our hand, made eye contact then turned away and didnt offer any assistance. After standing there for almost a minute I said excuse me are you available to help. The young lady proceeds to help and Donald walks off. (Please note: there weren't any other customers in this section of the store) the young lady didnt find the shoes in our size nor did Donald offer to help her look; however, the new store manager came over and they were able to find the correct size and color we wanted. I appreciate the kindness of the new store manager. Donald on the other hand was awful and it was very obvious why.
