Edit Alterations

Frank is the best. After so many years in Dallas I have found my forever place to get my fine pieces altered. Nothing like having a good tailor to make your garments feel tailor-made.

Honestly they were nice people but, first when I walked in the guy said he'd be with me in a moment because they were fully booked for the day and told me to just walk around to wait. Perfectly fine, but then after 20 mins it seemed he forgot i was in the store and never grabbed me. (How would I know he was ready for me) Would he have just let me walk around the store all day? Who knows. I went in to get the waist taken in, told the guy i'm just taking the waist in, and after trying them on and showing him the trouser. He said he wouldn't even think about touching the leg cause the taper and hem were already PERFECT. These were very expensive pants that I trusted them with... Honestly I think theres was SOME miscommunication between the guy and the alter cause a week later I come in, and try my trousers on, they had taken in the calf and making my straight fit pant that already fit perfectly to TIGHTS, i couldn't even fit my foot into the pant. They resolved the issue (thankfully she didn't cut the pant...)  but took ANOTHER week (i would of assumed they would of made is first priority..) but now since the pant were altered they will never be able to fit as the original. I can't sit in them without it being tight/stiff....Also online it says for waist it's $35... he charged me $50 but gave me $10 off cause I had to come back in..

Got a bridesmaids dress hemmed and a pair of jeans with a hole in the inseam fixed. I dropped off on a Friday being told that I would hear by two weeks and to expect a text message. I am a millennial so love a text reminder for things. But almost three weeks later, I had heard nothing. I call and the woman who answered had no idea what I was talking about and didnt have an answer on where my dress or my friends who came at the same time as me was. I am now a little over a week out from my wedding I am in and have no idea where my dress is or if I even have one anymore. My friend rushes to the store and finds the dresses and my pair of jeans done. But no one had ever reached out to us. And said that a lot of people work here for to the reason the woman on the phone caused such a panic. Then, it turns out they put both of our orders on one ticket and didnt do an accurate ticket. My friend got her dress taken in, not hemmed, and they tried to charge us both for hemmings. I will obviously not be using them again and suggest you dont either. Service: Alterations
