My experience at this store on 01/30/2022 was very awful. The store attendants were both on their phones and cared less about the customers. I stood at the checkout for minutes clearly visible to one of the store associates who was on her phone, i had to walk up to her to come check me out. This is not a place i want to support buying items from with my money. I will try other locations to see if this is the culture of this business to treat Customers poorly or just merely an individual behavioral issue.

I didn't even look at the ratings before going in today but I can definitely relate to these reviews. There was a woman (might have been a manager/lead, hopefully not) who asked me if I found what I was looking for. When I began to speak, she clearly wasn't listening and then said, "she will help," a girl name Emily I believe. After that, said woman starts complaining about the day as Emily is trying her best to provide me with the customer service I was looking for. I get it, times are tough but that doesn't mean you forget you're working in a business that clearly requires customer service to function. Aside from her Emily, and another gentleman that was there yesterday, I'd say they were professional and helpful.

These two workers should be fired they clearly mad because they have to work on Christmas Eve lord and told me I couldnt get my son a different size in pants because I ordered them on line and they dont have the same systems as other stores cs told me they could its obvious they just mad they are working today finna ruin everybody Christmas ridiculous

This review will be for online shopping an actual customer service agent is difficult to reach.. I am supposed to reach out to the mail carrier to ask them why my package has just been sitting in my city for over a week. Ordered November 1st , delivery date November 8th .. it is now November 16th

Staff was helpful even tho she mentioned being understaffed. They have great sales right now. Will definitely come here next time to shop for the kids.
