I feel pricing is a bit high, but I'm more lenient here because of Covid and businesses needing to stay in business. They had quite a few curbside/togo orders active, so I had to wait about 20ish minutes... the food tasted great, so I'm not disappointed. $16: "long" all american + curly fries + large drink

Do not get the curly fries. They charged me 3 dollars and the box is empty. Smallest fries order I’ve eve received and it’s not even a full portion size. I haven’t even had one yet. So I can show you. NOT worth $3!!!

Showed up @ 3:29 and was advised they were closed. Any real business would accommodate the last customer of the day. I won’t be back!! Looking at other reviews this seems to be the norm for this business.

I just left one of your stores where I ordered a sandwich and asked for a gluten-free bun. You would think I had asked the question in a foreign language, because the cashier didn't seem to know what I meant. (How can you work in food service and NOT know what a "gluten free" bun is??) She yelled to the cook and asked him. He confirmed - with a smirk - that there were no GF buns. I accept that you have no gluten-free buns, though I am surprised you have chosen to alienate a huge demographic that includes people like me who are gluten sensitive or have a gluten allergy. But what bothered me the most was that both employees seemed to find humor in my asking for a gluten free bun - and that I was so disappointed. Tell you what: I challenge you to live a healthy lifestyle for over six decades, then discover that you now have an illness - through no fault of your own - whereby you get sick if you ingest gluten. I don't think you would find any humor in that. I sure didn't - and still don't. I am very disappointed because I know your store is better than this. I ate there prior to having to eliminate gluten from my diet. And I know the few dollars I would spend there are just a "drop in the bucket." But you can bet that I'll be taking my few bucks elsewhere - where I am at least treated with some measure of respect. Shame on you.
