I have never used your services, but I do have a concern about your van drivers. Would it be possible for them to use their blinkers when driving on 635 around Dallas. One of your drivers kept drifting into my lane recently. I wasnt sure if she was on her cell phone or what. After I got past her I noticed she moved over into my lane. A blinker would have saved a lot of confusion for both of us.

I regret to say that I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this catering company to anyone. My brief tenure with them, coupled with firsthand observations, revealed a series of alarming practices that simply cannot be overlooked.
From my time in the kitchen, I witnessed the head chef resorting to unsanitary measures, such as picking up dropped food from the floor, rinsing it off, and reusing it without any regard for the health and safety of their clients. This lack of hygiene extended to the management of their baked goods, where I discovered mold on several cakes. Shockingly, I was instructed to "scrape it off" and serve them, potentially putting clients at risk of contamination.
Another glaring issue was their complete disregard for industry-standard protocols like the "First in First out" rule. Expired beverages were routinely sent to clients, reflecting a concerning lack of professionalism and basic food safety practices.
Furthermore, the company's overall organization left much to be desired. Orders were frequently incomplete, leading to disappointed clients. It's disheartening to witness such a level of neglect for both their loyal customers and dedicated employees.
Equally troubling was the company's approach to problem-solving. Rather than addressing complaints in a practical and responsible manner, they resorted to prayer, leaving critical issues unresolved. The kitchen seemed to be managed haphazardly, with everyone but the CEO seemingly in charge.
In terms of health code compliance, there were glaring violations at every turn. Employees were seen talking and walking over food being prepared, even touching their faces with gloves on, endangering the health of anyone consuming their products. Packing procedures were equally problematic, with staff handling and contaminating the food.
In conclusion, my experience with this catering company was marred by a shocking disregard for basic food safety, hygiene, and client satisfaction. It is with a heavy heart that I strongly advise against engaging their services. Your health, and that of your guests, deserves better.
