    Please do not use AT&T as your cell phone service provider. I have given one star because that's the only way this will be posted, otherwise they'd be getting a NEGATIVE 10! The representatives LIE, saying a device is eligible and will be unlocked, well it turns out, it can't after talking to four representatives, and a supervisor, finally going into an AT&T store, where they tell me it CAN'T BE UNLOCKED. The company has not given me any answer why I was lied to repeatedly. No, they choose to attempt to contact me in a manner where I cannot be reached, despite their having my best contact information. Just go to another provider with better service.

    Wish I could give zero stars. I was just on the phone and/or chat with customer service from 1p to 5p. Toward the end of the call I was ASSURED my bill would go back down to its original amount. I was transferred to customer loyalty only to be told that was a mistake by the supervisor in customer service to assure me of that. All we did was change me from the secondary user to the primary user and our bill went up $25. Researching competitors to switch to now.

    I have been a customer for over 25 YEARS!!! On mobile service alone I pay over $4000 a year and this sorry a$$ company not only allows their employees to OUTRIGHT LIE TO ME but then it's impossible to get a hold of someone to address the problem. The Customer Service line is a JOKE. They told us the problem would be fixed and that was yet ANOTHER LIE. And their horrible in store sales people think it's funny and literally told me to my face "too bad". I recorded the entire interaction but it does me no good because I get get a hold of anyone to fix this. I'm currently looking for another cellular company. I' just so angry that 25+ years means absolutely NOTHING!
