Terrible could never get in touch whit anyone there line is always busy.Decided to drive there and couldn't talk to anyone very disappointed.

I was looking for an accent reduction trainer and found Carol and it was life changing. She not only helped me to have a better pronunciation but also gave me the confidence to speak with American people who I was afraid of talking to, as I thought they would not understand me. I could not finish all recommended lessons due to health issues but i’ll definitely will be going back as with the few ones I got my personal life and work have changed! She is a very pleasant and nice woman, I enjoyed the time working with her

My husband and I both had amazing experiences with Carol. She is no doubt an expert in her field! She continues to help me with public speaking and preparing presentations for my company. Her expertise is only matched by her genuine kindness and caring. She is so encouraging and through her recommendations and insights has helped me gain more confidence in my abilities. Growing up, people around me would always comment on my voice saying it sounded ineffimante. After 31 years of hearing this, I decided to google voice coaches in Dallas and luckily found Carol. She was the answer to my prayers. After our initial meeting, she confidently pointed out the opportunities my voice had and her game plan for fixing it. After several sessions, my voice improved drastically. People stopped referring me to “ma’am” on the phone and I sounded like a normal guy. My sense of confidence has grown drastically and I will forever be thankful for her help!!

When my doctor couldn’t help me anymore, he handed to Carol and since then Carol has been helping me tremendously. I now speak with confidence and I’ll know what to do when running into voice’s problem. My problem is my damaged vocal cords make me sound as if I am having severe laryngitis and being an interpreter doesn’t help either. At times, my voice has completely gone for months. I have been seeing Carol for several months now and I believe Carol’s vast knowledge combines with her true caring nature provides me helps that go further and deeper than all of the helps from my previous speech therapists. Carol studies my predicaments then educates me with visual descriptions, intellectual analysis, and provides me with effective exercises. I owe Carol the extension of my profession and my confidence. I’m truly blessed to meet Carol.
