We absolutely love living here! Going on 2 years and honestly no where in Dallas is 100% safe, but this place sure feels close.

I have lived at the Verona since 2015 and love it. The apartments are well maintained by quality management. My neighbors are respectful and I enjoy the atmosphere and amenities. Spacious floor plans are key. I have lived in four different floor plans and have enjoyed them. I feel safe and appreciate what is here and plan to continue to live here.

I have been a Verona resident for a year and half and my rating is based on a few things: 11value: assigned garage parking, secure access to residential areas, newly renovated gym, concierge service nightly until 2am, monthly socials, 2.Location: easy access to 635, N.Tollway, and 75, directly across from the Galleria mall, minutes from restaurants and nightlife in Addison, 3.service: the front desk and office staff are friendly, get to know you personally, and are responsive to questions and maintenance needs. 4.neighbors: a mix of professionals, retirees, and young couples/families that are always friendly and considerate. Certainly no property is always perfect and there are occasional issues, but they are handled professionally and quickly. I'm happy to call Verona home and would recommend it. Update: Fast forward to the present and I can no longer stand behind my original review due to the excessive crime issue that management has failed to take action to address. The parking garage and storage units are a chronic target for theft. I have had close to $8,000 in property theft and vandalism in the past 2 years. The only solution is cameras and hiring a security patrol, something I know residents would enthusiastically support. I love the location and the quality of the apartment building and facilities. People are nice here. But the crime problem is absurd and the refusal to do anything to help address is even more absurd.
