My experience was similar to Kathy Smith a year ago, only Kevin Travis finally showed up with his team. I wish there was an option for no stars. He never set foot on the property after his workers arrived. They completed the job(I thought) he never physically inspected the work. Kevin Travis did not complete the scope of work, but was paid in full. One week later my basement was flooded. He sent is team out later the next week and see the photo for what he left me with. Kevin Travis of Dallas Drain contract states he will connect pump exhaust to existing pump exhaust from existing interior sump. This did not happen he ran a pipe from the inside and taped up the window. Run as fast as you can!

Company responded to my request last Friday stating a rep would come look at my issues this past Monday, Jan 7th, 2019. I got a message Monday at 9am stating something happened and they could not make it, but would get back to me asap with a date/time. > 36 hours later and after sending pictures of my issue yesterday Jan 9th and additional email today, i have recieved Zero Communication from this company.
