It was a great pleasure working with this contractor out of Dallas in the San Antonio TX area. Our cleaning team did all the post construction cleaning for their projects. It's hard these days to find such reputable, honest and capable contractors who show up when they say they will, do the work as agreed to and follow up on any issues that arise. Ricochet Construction is by far one of the BEST companies I have worked with in my Apartment Management career. They are transparent, do what they say, come in on time and on the money! Dustin and his crew have ALWAYS gone above and beyond for each property every time. They work with your insurance company and always explained what they were doing and how long it would take to complete. I always recommend Dustin at Ricochet to friends/family/co-workers!! Thank you Ricochet Construction!!! You guys ROCK!!

The first experience was good. The second experience in which a lot of money was spent, was not so good.
The owner responded to my email request promptly and professionally. He gave me a very detailed, well written estimate and was very good at communicating and explaining things. He was on time for appointments (early even!). The work was performed quickly and neatly. Services: Exterior painting, Remodeling
