This was one of the best brands for well-crafted attractive leather upper shoes at a fair price. I have their pumps and sandals. Sadly the recent releases are no longer leather upper so they are too uncomfortable to wear and had to be returned. Customer service at corporate headquarters said they are no longer going to make any shoes with leather uppers. Hopefully that is not true.

Unfortunately not a good experience at all. I saw a sneaker in the window that I liked and went in to look, try on and hopefully purchase. The young woman who was working was more interested in working on visuals than assisting customers, I was not even greeted. In today's climate, Customers have to come first, period. I had to walk up to the salesperson with the shoe in my hand and ask for my size. She went and got the shoe, but seemed pained that I was even wanting to try it on. She did not stay around to see how I liked it, nothing, she just went back to dressing her mannequin. I set the shoe back on the couch and left. Mind you through all of this she said nothing! I ended up going to Nordstrom to purchase the sneaker. I would have much preferred to buy at the boutique.
