So I came in this evening for some developer to do some bleach work clearly. The cashier was busy assisting a guest. He was super nice. However the bald guy creeping behind me and not leaving me alone was annoying. He told me the sales five times after I mentioned I knew what I needed. Once it was my turn to check out. The cashier rang up my item and asked if I wanted a bag. I said no thanks. Then he asked if I was interested in getting a Sally's credit card today I said no thanks. The bald guy made a rude ugh sound very loudly when I declined. Mr. Bald man, have better manners for your paying customers. I declined the credit card because you won't be paying the bill. Also your crystal looked fake af like your smile when I walked out. I won't be revisiting this location. So much rudeness from one person.

I was unsure of what hair color would look good on me the manager took her time to pull out the tablets and we did a color view video, I appreciate the time and patience she allowed me to have fun and try out several different colors, I walked out with a blue by Wella. This location has amazing customer service and a wonderfully educated team.

This location has become a 2nd home for me, Jessica and her team are a breath of fresh air!!!! It never fails when I enter the store I always receive a warm Hello, or hey beautiful, its so refreshing, Sometimes I go into the store just to receive their energy. I appreciate good customer service. Thank you
