Do not use their services, my brother spent a lot of trouble in this Bank due to the mistreatment and lack of respect from their staff, I do not recommend them at all. They should close them.

Very, very bad service, zero recommendation, they closed my account with the excuse that my social security belonged to a woman, of course it was a lie, and they started asking me where I had received 16 dollars for Zelle from a trucking company that that employer was of fraud but that there was no fraud, only that they were going to close the account just in case. It is a mockery and a lack of respect.

Bank of Criminals Zero stars, don't know who worse Chase, Wells Fargo or Bank of America, well lets add Bank of Texas. As consumer if we need something done correct, then we have to do it ourselves. Bank of Texas are criminals just like the one who overbilled me on my debit/credit and the investigation team are incompetent as they cannot investigate. You got businesses charging on your credit/debit card illegally. Bank of Texas do nothing. All documentation was sent in for their team to view and if they had any more questions, they could reach out to me. In fact, emailed the documentation to them MORE than 3X.
