Capital One Bank

Came in yesterday to open a buisness checking account and was told they close in 30 minutes and she would not have time since it takes about 45 minutes. I was told to come back tomorrow. When I took time to return the following day I was told by the same employee that said she wouldnt have time to help me the previous day that I would need an appointment to open up a buisness checking account. This information would have been amazing to learn the previous day. I have now wasted my time two days in a row. If you have lots of free time that you dont mind wasting than this is the branch for you!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, STAY AWAY!!!. I got a check from my Fidelity 401k and they wouldn’t cash it because I didn’t have many funds in my account, which is understandable. However, I’ve been an account holder for several years and I told her to look at my account and she will see I have direct deposit with my employer. She said she is still not able to cash it, only deposit it. I asked if I could get some cash from it and deposit the rest and still declined it. I asked if we could ask the branch manager to make a one time override... she said they don’t have a branch manager today.... well there is usually someone left in charge that could make decisions when the branch manager is not in, but she didn’t offer that or other solutions. At the end she suggested going to Wells Fargo cause the check is from there. I did and they cashed it... I’ll be canceling my account with Capital One and go with Wells Fargo then. Thank you
