Capital One Bank

There are no cashier's here. Plenty of people standing around however no one can take my deposit besides a machine who took my check and then says it will be several days before you can have any money... It's from a title company.. this bank sucks.ive never o erdrawn my bank account. I typically deposit nice checks. I've had an account several years. Guess I need to change accts.no benefits here

Very bad customer service with the tellers and it’s happened for over a year, it’s very frustrating .. there is one gentleman though that is nice and helpful.

This bank is impossible. I go just to make a cash payment for my Capital One Credit card. Pretty simple. Have done this same thing/process for years. Recently they now make you show your ID. I'm making a deposit, but because its cash, I'm a suspected terrorist and bank rules according tot the teller. I don't like it, I think its stupid, but whatever. Go in and do my payment, show my ID, now they want my Social Security number. I ask, why? Told a new rule the bank has starting last week. (It's always last week). I said I don't want to give out my social security number. You have my ID, you can look up my social security number. So, I walked out, said I'll just make a payment online (which the bank will wait 5 days to process ((which is BS)), and I don't have to give out my SS#).....yet!!!! I'm so done with banks. We bail them out, and now I'm a potential terrorist making a payment on a credit card they issued me in my name, with a valid government ID. I'm not withdrawing any money. I'm paying off a debt I own you clowns.
