        There is no customer service here. Everything I used to be able to call Grand Bank for, cannot be done with them youll have to call corporate is the answer to everything, and then when you call corporate, THEY dont know how to help. Theyre never open when other banks are open. Not to mention, I never received my checks from them when banks switched. Ive let them know two or three times and each time I get a promise that theyll be sent. Its just the worst.

        If you don't stay close to a branch, I wouldn't finance with the. The online payment process sucks right along with paying over the phone. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!
