I have been going to Mr. Patterson for YEARS and he has always been HONEST and FAIR with very reasonable prices. I dont have any problems with communication, he is very straight forward. However if he does miss my call I understand that he is a ONE MAN SHOW and does it all by himself and my call will be returned later. Or I shoot a text message. Ive seen Mr. Brandon working on multiple cars at a time, hopping back and forth from one to the other while still performing outstanding customer service as I was coming to get my own vehicle. He takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is safe to drive so you dont have to come back in 6 months for the same problem!. What I love most about going to his shop is that if there is another problem that needs to be fixed, he will consult that with you, give you the option to want to go ahead and fix it or wait on it depending on the severity. He is all about safety and making sure its done RIGHT!! You want it done right the FIRST TIME, go to Grind Time Garage!! Amazing work!! Amazing person as a whole

I brought my son car to Brandon had him see what all was wrong with it. He told me send him the money for the parts and it would be 4 hours of labor at $85 an hour. 9 weeks later he still had my car. Gave me the run around. Not good at answering the phone, not not good at being truthful. So after 9 weeks of him having my car he then sends me a invoice with work on there that I never agreed to then want me to pat $1,800. Then give me 3 days to pick tmy car up after having it for 9 weeks and wanna start charging storage fees. So unprofessional. Especially to women. Told me to shut up and listen. I have filed on jim with the courts and BBB. He needs to be shut down. I'm starting a petition to have his shop shut down. He keeps a gun on him very scary man.
